Regular Shift

Home > Clock-In Mode > Clock In > Regular Shift

Users (employees) can tap Clock In on the Clock-In Mode home page, then select Regular Shift to clock in.

Send My GPS Location

The clock-in point settings determine whether users (employees) must send their GPS location or may choose whether to send it.

If this option cannot be turned off, an administrator has made location submission mandatory.

Remarks

Enter any information that should be included with the clock-in record.

Select a Shift

Home > Clock-In Mode > Clock In > Regular Shift > Shift

On the clock-in page, today's shifts appear according to the schedule so users (employees) can select one.

Show Overnight

Tap Show Overnight to view the previous day's shift. This is useful for users whose work period crosses midnight.

Photo

Tap Tap Here to Take a Photo and follow the instructions. The photo uploads to cloud storage automatically.

Before this feature can be used, the organization creator must subscribe to the Premium Storage plan to enable cloud photo uploads.

Skip can be disabled in Management Mode > Organization > My Organization. After it is disabled, users (employees) must select a shift before clocking in.

Select a Clock-In Point

Home > Clock-In Mode > Clock In > Regular Shift > Shift > Clock-In Point

Users (employees) can select the location where they want to clock in.

Skip

If Skip appears, the organization allows users to clock in without selecting a clock-in point.

Skip can be disabled in Management Mode > Organization > My Organization. After it is disabled, users (employees) must select a clock-in point before clocking in.

Start or End Work

Regular Shift

Home > Clock-In Mode > Clock In > Regular Shift > Shift > Clock-In Point > Start Work/End Work

On the clock-in page, select Regular Shift. Tap Start Work to clock in at the start of work, or End Work to clock out at the end of work.

After clocking in, the record can be viewed under All Clock-In Records.

Important Note

Reminder: If users (employees) have not read the announcements, policies, or goals, or have not tapped I Agree for a policy or goal, the system will prompt them again when they tap End Work. This ensures that the information has been communicated and acknowledged.

Start or End Work

Start/End Button Display Rules

SwipePoint remembers whether a user's (employee's) last action was Start Work or End Work. This maintains the expected sequence: after starting work, the next action should normally be ending work.

If a missed or incorrect clock-in causes SwipePoint to show the wrong action, follow these steps:

Open Clock-In Mode, tap Clock In, and then tap Regular Shift. Select the appropriate shift. If you do not have a specific shift, tap Skip.

On the page showing Start Work or End Work, tap More, then select the work status that matches your current situation to correct the clock-in status.

Clock-In Push Notifications

When a user clocks in, the system automatically sends a push notification to the relevant people. Notifications are sent immediately to the creator, the highest-level administrator, and other administrators in the same group so they can monitor clock-in activity.

Clock-In Notification Recipients

The system sends clock-in push notifications to:

No. Recipient
1 Creator
2 Highest-Level Administrator
3 Administrators in the Same Group
